Sit comfortably or stand with a stable support nearby. Let your arms rest and notice any extra holding in your shoulders or jaw. Allow a little of that effort to soften while keeping your body naturally supported. There is no need to slump or go limp. Leave your breathing natural. Pause and notice.

Sit or stand comfortably. Explore a small, easy turn, allowing your arms and body to respond together. Notice whether you are pulling with your arms or trying to control each part in a set sequence. Make the movement smaller if needed. Pause when it feels forced. Can the whole body move with a little more ease?

With a stable support nearby, keep both feet on the floor and explore a very small, comfortable shift of weight. Notice how one side offers support while the other stays free to respond. Let your centre remain steady without locking your knees or pushing your hip out. Return gently. If standing is uncomfortable, explore support and ease while seated.

Keep each exploration small and comfortable; use a stable support if needed. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or strain.

THE THREAD THROUGH EVERY PRACTICE

Less forcing.
More listening.
